Chan Yee Shen is a composer, arranger and pianist who embraces different genres of music such as pop, jazz, ethnic, atonal and experimental. During his undergraduate studies at LASALLE, he initiated The Living Composers Series with two projects – the Piano Anthology album and the Preamble composers’ concert. Yee Shen hopes to keep pushing himself to compose more works to show to the world.

Work

Yee Shen initiated The Living Composers Series: Piano Anthology – a compilation album recorded and produced at LASALLE, consisting of eight original piano compositions composed by its students and alumni and performed by students. Each composer has a unique style which gives a wonderfully contrasting flavour to the album.
