Loh Yi Ning
Loh Yi Ning is a classical pianist who is particularly interested in the areas of collaboration and education. She is experienced in both instrumental and vocal genres, having performed works for solo piano, piano ensembles as well as accompanying both instrumentalists and vocalists for exams, performances, and competitions. Besides performing and experiencing music in different settings, Yi Ning also teaches piano and has been freelancing as a collaborative pianist for the last six years.
Work
During her time at LASALLE, Yi Ning was involved in numerous events such as The Sounds of Healing programme at Mount Elizabeth Hospital and the LASALLE Concerto Competition. Her most recent project was the 2019 LASALLE classical concert series Piano Voyage: Into the Underworld where she was the student director, performer and leader of the winning Improv Battle team.
