Lyn Fara is a Singaporean pianist/keyboard player who is proficient in both classical and popular music. She started playing the piano at the age of 8 years old and passed with merit in ABRSM Grade 8 piano examination in 2014 and ABRSM Grade 8 Theory examination in 2015. She is currently studying under the tutelage of Mr Arkadiusz Bialak. Lyn has also been teaching piano in music schools and privately over the past three years to students from as young as 2 years old to adults. She also plays as a piano accompanist for string instrumentalists for their exams.

Work

Lyn’s performing experiences includes school piano concerts for both solo playing and duets including regular performances at Mt Elizabeth Hospital. Other than playing as a soloist, she often accompanies various instruments for performance, competitions, and masterclasses. Lyn also plays the trombone and has also performed with multiple orchestras such as Orchestra of Music Makers at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
