Variable Programmes
Variable fonts has been at the forefront of typography – a promise that fonts are no longer static, but now exist as a spectrum of forms all encapsulated in a single file. Variable Programmes thus combines variable fonts technology and a critical exploration of typography in a series of experiments or programmes, that explore the conventional Latin letterform. It is a process-driven research into conventional processes of type design in the modern age of desktop publishing.
