Latika Balachander
Latika Balachander is a menswear and textile designer whose design approach is largely based on techniques of distortion and abstraction. Having a brand identity associated with textile detailing, illustration and the visual arts, she creates dialogues that extend from fashion into our everyday lives. Her garments act as thought-provoking and story-telling vessels with personalities that instigate conversations between the garment, the wearer and the viewer.

Blurred Bodies
'Blurred Bodies' is the abstraction and distortion of the human anatomy. Inspired by the stories engraved within our skin, the collection interprets the body as an art form. In a world deeply divided by factors of difference, why not see each other as bodies first and individuals later?
